If you're looking for an easy-to-use Tuber, but without the complexity of a Live2D Vtuber, PNGTubers are for you!Regular PNGTubers are for when you're looking for a design closer that's more complex and detailed. (e.g. Accessories, Clothing, etc.) Regular PNGTubers are much more detailed than Chibi PNGTubers.Usually, if you have a humanoid based design, you want a Regular PNGTuber.

General

♡ I reserve the right to reject commissions, if I feel they are not a good fit.♡ Your final commission will be sent over the communication method most appropriate to your commission. (i.e. email/Discord)

Copyright Information

♡ I retain the right to use the illustrations created as part of my artists' portfolio to promote myself.

If you wish to retain rights to the work (i.e. I don't use it to promote myself), there will be an additional fee, please discuss it with me in advance.♡ Please credit me appropriately wherever you display the works I have created! ♡♡ The works I produce CANNOT be reproduced for monetary purposes without prior consent, so please ask! (e.g. reselling, stickers, prints etc.)♡ The works I produce CANNOT ever be used for NFTs/Crypto.

Communication

♡ I will be messaging you through our initially established communication method, so please use a method you check frequently.

If you need to change commuication method, please let me know!!♡ Once payment has been received, the time between updates on your commission status will be at most every 2 weeks.

If you haven't heard from me in 2 weeks, please email me!♡ Please communicate with me at any point if you have any questions, comments, or concerns!!

Streaming

♡ I do draw some of my commissions on stream, please let me know if you do not wish to have your commission streamed!!♡ If you wish to know when/if your commission will be worked on stream, let me know as well!

Revisions

♡ Please let me know of any revisions as soon as possible!♡ NOTE: Experimental Sketches DO NOT have any revisions♡ Sketch Stage: 2 Major revisions (Essentially two redraws, you can change pose, character etc. as long as the sketch hasn't been approved for lining)♡ Lines and Colour Stage: 2 Minor revisions (Incorrect colours, misdrawn details, change of expression etc. are good, always feel free to ask though!)♡ After Delivery: 4 Micro revisions (Incorrect dimensions, unable to upload, colour balance, lots of backend things, feel free to ask!) only until 2 weeks after delivery

Payment

♡ Prices are in Canadian Dollars, Paid via PayPal Invoice via Goods & Services and is required in full before the start of your commission.♡ You will receive an invoice sent via PayPal to an email address that you provide.

Refunds

♡ You will receive a full refund if you wish to cancel after I receive payment but before I start on your commission.♡ You will receive a 50% refund if you wish to cancel after the commission has started and the sketch has not been approved for lining/colouring.♡ There will be no refunds **after ** the sketch has been approved for lining/colouring.
